About The Position

Dragonfly Health is hiring a Fulfillment Technician to support pharmacy operations in New Hyde Park, New York. The role assists pharmacists with dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications while following applicable regulations and maintaining quality and patient-safety standards. The technician also supports inventory management, fulfillment-area cleanliness and organization, and efficient pharmacy workflows. Fulfillment Technicians help ensure patients receive accurate, timely, and safe medications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program.
• At least six months of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare-related environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Attention to accuracy, accountability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists with daily operations, including dispensing, packaging, and labeling medications in compliance with regulations.
• Perform prepacking duties, maintain accurate records, and uphold quality control standards to support accuracy and patient safety.
• Monitor and manage inventory, perform stock audits, verify expiration dates, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean, orderly, and functional through regular cleaning and assistance with equipment and materials maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with pharmacy staff, support workflow efficiency, and help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
