Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- The ability to direct and drive personnel towards maximum performance is required
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening
Nice To Haves
- A degree in Management or Business is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inspect product to ensure all labels are present
- Ensuring all items are documented during the many processes
- Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices “cGMPs”
- Keep the working space cleaned and organized
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Understands quality measures and KPI linkage to site results and vision
- Follow and meet team goals set by management
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Monitor team performance and report on daily metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
