About The Position

The Team Lead – Order Fulfillment is responsible for providing a welcoming environment and excellent service to all customers. This includes leading the Order Fulfillment team, checking in customers for curbside pickup appointments, utilizing various software systems to fulfill orders, accurately scanning out items, processing returns, answering customer questions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional communication.
  • Comfortable using computers and various software programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and return issues.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival in the parking lot and check them in for their scheduled pickup appointments.
  • Confirm order details and provide any necessary information.
  • Use internal software systems to manage and fulfill customer orders.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order retrieval.
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure customers have all of their purchased items before leaving.
  • Provide friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues or direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Process customer returns according to company policies and procedures.
  • Inspect returned items for damage and update inventory accordingly.
