Fulfillment Specialist
About The Position
In this role, you’ll execute fulfillment operations for events, ensuring guests receive their tickets, credentials, and hospitality materials accurately and on time. This involves executing on-site fulfillment tasks for events across NFL, NCAA, Combat Sports and other verticals, processing and tracking shipments, and coordinating with shipping vendors on day-to-day logistics. You will work with Guest Services, Event Production, and Business Unit teams to complete fulfillment deliverables, provide broker exchange marketplace support, and flag issues in real time. Maintaining accurate records of ticket transfers, credential assignments, and shipment tracking is crucial, as is following all protocols for secure handling of sensitive customer data and ticket transfer processes. The role also includes performing reconciliation tasks, assisting with first-level customer inquiries and escalations, and preparing event materials, welcome kits, and hospitality packages per event specifications. You will utilize fulfillment technologies and systems to complete assigned tasks efficiently and support on-site event setup, check-in, and guest-facing fulfillment activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure event environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Willingness to travel for on-site event support as required
