About The Position

GCU CityServe receives shipments of returned, overstock, or discontinued products from major retailers like Costco, Amazon, and Walmart. The primary purpose of this role is to fulfill donation requests from our partners by gathering items from the warehouse and organizing them onto a pallet for pickup. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and be self-motivated.

Requirements

• Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s program or Master’s program.
• Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
• Maintain good financial and academic (SAP) standing with the University
• Available to work 20 hours per week during GCU CityServe hours of operation
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Attention to detail to ensure lists are packed correctly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate positively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Gather goods throughout the warehouse for pod wish lists
• Organize and sort merchandise
• Ensure all items are accounted for on the list
• Other duties as assigned
