This is a highly varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning the details that keep a small, fast-moving business running. The Fulfillment & Operations Specialist works across sample fulfillment, quality control, logistics, materials, and technology, balancing recurring responsibilities with unexpected problems and projects. We're looking for someone who is organized, resourceful, comfortable learning new systems, and able to exercise good judgment without needing a playbook for every situation.
