About The Position

As the Fulfillment Operations Manager, you’ll manage a team responsible for efficient and accurate production and fulfillment. Your focus will be on business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and direct-to-consumer (D2C) customers. Reporting to the Site Director, you’ll drive quality, safety, and teamwork. Specific knowledge of warehouse operations, fulfillment, and e-commerce is required.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years Manager experience in order Fulfillment, Warehouse Distribution and E-commerce.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant experience required
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within warehousing operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse fulfillment, quality, inventory systems, and shipping/receiving.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to create a constructive team environment.
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
  • Skilled in inventory and production tracking software.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks.
  • Frequently required to walk, talk, stand, sit, push, pull and hear.
  • Required to use hands and fingers to operate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with power industrial trucks (PIT) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and supervise assembly leads and workers, providing daily guidance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production-related challenges promptly.
  • Implement and enforce quality standards.
  • Regularly assess adherence to quality guidelines.
  • Identify process enhancements and implement best practices.
  • Understand and troubleshoot inventory management tools.
  • Support accurate label printing and inventory practices.
  • Ensure adherence to time management practices.
  • Monitor and hold staff accountable for quality and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Handle other assigned responsibilities.
