Seasonal Fulfillment Operations Associate
About The Position
K&L Wine Merchants is hiring seasonal Fulfillment Operations Associates for the holiday season, November 9, 2026 through January 10, 2027. Associates help keep the Fulfillment Center operating during the busy season by fulfilling customer orders, organizing inventory, and preparing products for pickup, shipping, and delivery. Wine experience is not required. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, with specific days and hours scheduled according to availability and business needs. Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day per week; weekend availability is important during the peak holiday season.
Requirements
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Available to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders.
- Receive, locate, and stock inventory.
- Prepare orders for shipping, pickup, and delivery.
- Use K&L systems to locate and track products.
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
- Help wherever needed during peak season.
