This role is responsible for daily throughput at the Denver facility, encompassing stocking, cycle counting, picking/packing, and outbound shipping. The Fulfillment Manager will lead a team of up to 20 individuals across shifts, working through frontline leads, and will be actively involved on the floor to identify and address operational constraints. The position focuses on single-SKU fulfillment, where inventory is known and cataloged, moving through standard processes from putaway to outbound shipping with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. The role requires end-to-end responsibility for intake, sort, grading, disposition routing, WIP movement, QC, and outbound processes, ensuring all units are traceable, brand-owned, and leave accurately and on time. It also involves managing the team through hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development, setting clear expectations, and building a strong bench. Process design, including building and iterating SOPs, leading root-cause analysis for errors and delays, and implementing lasting fixes, is a key aspect. Labor planning to match inbound forecasts, including seasonal surges, and managing brand program performance with adherence to specific protocols and quality standards are also critical. The role is accountable for cost per unit, driving savings without compromising quality or turn time, and maintaining inventory integrity through chain of custody, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Ensuring safety and compliance on the floor is paramount.
