We’re looking for a Fulfillment Manager to join our team in Mebane, NC. If you’re passionate about operational excellence, warehouse leadership, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced production environment supporting products loved around the world.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain operations
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes
  • Experience managing budgets and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen preferred)
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead all warehouse fulfillment operations to ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
  • Develop and execute departmental goals aligned with company business objectives
  • Drive productivity, throughput, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Manage labor planning and administer the department operating budget
  • Monitor KPIs and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Quality, Security, and senior leadership to maintain ISO, QMS, and OSHA compliance
  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and safety
