About The Position

This role involves setting strategic direction and managing fulfillment operations to ensure optimal distribution and delivery of finished products. The Fulfillment Manager will also be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, and developing team members. Key tasks include generating inventory reports, overseeing barcode scans and delivery loading, creating delivery routes, and overseeing the dispatch of safe deliveries. Collaboration with leaders on orders, timelines, inventory quantity, production schedules, and quality standards is also a crucial part of the role.

Requirements
