About The Position

The Fulfillment Specialist role is responsible for managing the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders from receipt through delivery. This position plays a key role in supporting day-to-day operational functions, including order coordination, inventory support, and shipping logistics, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a structured environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow processes consistently.
  • Adaptability and consistency in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Clear communication and teamwork.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to follow through on responsibilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Reliability and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, verifying product availability, and coordinating timely shipment of materials.
  • Working closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Reviewing order details, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating with warehouse personnel to support picking, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Supporting issue resolution related to orders, including discrepancies, damaged items, and returns.
  • Assisting in maintaining organized inventory records and contributing to improving fulfillment and operational processes.
  • Supporting shipping and receiving functions as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
