Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• One to two years of manufacturing, leadership experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations involving adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions, decimals and percentages
• Ability to identify and distinguish color

Responsibilities

• Assists Fulfillment Supervisor in activities of all fulfillment personnel
• Maintaining quality control standards
• Following all housekeeping and maintenance programs
• Training personnel
• Participating in the safety program
• Filling in for people whenever and wherever needed
