Capitol Services is seeking a Fulfillment Generalist to join their team in Austin, TX. This role involves coordinating and fulfilling orders related to enterprise compliance across numerous jurisdictions. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities

  • Communicate with coworkers, correspondents, jurisdiction employees, and others in a timely, effective, and professional manner
  • Flexibly move between departments depending on busy season, volume, and business need, to include the Corporate, ARMS, Lien Research, and Registered Agent departments
  • Provide internal customer service that is courteous, warm, and knowledgeable, exercising emotional intelligence while under pressure
  • Operate office equipment, such as phones, computers, scales, mailing sorters, photocopiers and scanners
  • Utilize Capitol Services� proprietary systems to process work
  • Efficiently and accurately navigate public record websites and government databases for the purpose of filing and retrieving publicly recorded documents
  • In coordination with colleagues and correspondents, prepare, review, and submit filings to various regulatory agencies, or perform research, paying close attention to statutory and jurisdictional rules and regulations
  • Accurately enter and maintain information in Capitol Services� proprietary systems according to internal guidelines, protocols, and procedures
  • Maintain organization to ensure accurate results
