About The Position

This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating the fulfillment workflow, including waving orders, monitoring shorts and open orders to ensure timely shipping and closing, and communicating with Client Services on order inquiries. The position also involves assisting with the quality control of orders, including packing and shipping, and ensuring all production operations comply with ISO 9001 and company standards.

Requirements

  • Understanding of ISO 9001 procedures and documentation requirements for fulfillment.
  • Solid understanding of basic PC applications including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
  • General math skills.
  • Must demonstrate working proficiency of the English language
  • Can effectively communicate with, but not limited to, English speaking employees/other business contacts (contractors, customers, vendors, etc).
  • Successfully comprehends business materials written in English ( job assignments, instructions, etc)
  • Ability to learn cGMP requirements as it relates to their role -- required prior to working on cGMP service lines.
  • Ability to learn PDMA requirements as it relates to their role -- required prior to working on Prescription Drug service lines.
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • One year production experience.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate Fulfillment work flow.
  • Wave Orders
  • Monitor shorts, work with Warehouse to resolve
  • Monitor open orders, ensuring orders ship/close in a timely fashion
  • Communicate with Client Services on order inquiries.
  • Assist with QC of Orders
  • Packing
  • Shipping
  • DDR Match up
  • Ensure all production operations are in compliance to ISO 9001 and company standards.
  • Assist management with daily priorities.
  • Distribute orders with proposed completion dates.
  • Confer with department manager to determine progress of work and provide information on changes in schedules or due dates.
  • Compile reports concerning progress of work and downtime due to machine failures and equipment.
  • Appraise appropriate personnel of production delays.
  • Ensure all documentation and procedures are performed according to quality, productivity, and efficiency standards.
  • Evaluate workflow and suggest process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Attend department meetings as required.
  • Ensures a strong commitment to quality and adheres to all ISO 9001 related standards.
  • Complies with all safety policies and reports any safety issues immediately to a manager.
  • All other duties/ responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.
  • Displays behavior and judgment that consistently upholds Hibbert ACT values.
