About The Position

The Fulfillment Coordinator supports warehouse operations and serves as the primary delivery partner for store orders throughout the local market. This role is responsible for safely transporting products to stores using a Company vehicle while also supporting warehouse fulfillment activities, including order picking, packing, inventory handling, and shipping. The Fulfillment Coordinator ensures accurate, on-time deliveries, maintains a safe and organized work environment, and communicates effectively with stores and internal teams to provide reliable operational support.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to safely operate a Company vehicle while delivering products to multiple store locations.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivery accuracy, order quality, and inventory integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet daily delivery and fulfillment schedules with minimal supervision.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to follow standardized processes while adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in both warehouse and delivery environments.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using order processing and shipping systems (training provided as applicable).
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in delivery, warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or logistics operations preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred (certification required if operating a forklift).

Responsibilities

  • Safely deliver store orders to local Black Rock Coffee Bar locations using a Company vehicle, ensuring deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled with care.
  • Load, unload, and verify store orders prior to departure, confirming order accuracy, product quality, and completeness.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare store and approved channel orders accurately and on time based on established standards and delivery schedules.
  • Process orders in designated systems and ensure order details match the request (items, quantities, shipping method, delivery notes).
  • Generate shipping labels, prepare cartons, and stage outbound shipments correctly.
  • Verify product condition, correct labeling, and packing quality to prevent damage and returns.
  • Communicate delivery or order issues (i.e., shortages, substitutions, delays, etc.) to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
  • Receive, stock, and rotate inventory using proper handling practices and designated storage locations.
  • Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy by following count procedures and reporting variances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including end-of-shift cleanup and proper disposal of waste.
  • Operate warehouse equipment as assigned and trained, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts as applicable.
  • Follow all Company safety policies, food safety handling expectations, vehicle safety requirements, and facility procedures at all times.
  • Cross-train in related warehouse functions to support operational coverage and business needs.
  • Participate in product quality processes as assigned, including quality checks, lot tracking, and cupping support.
