About The Position

Printful is hiring seasonal Fulfillment Associates to support printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs while helping deliver a quality customer experience. Associates work with teammates to move items efficiently through production, operate printing and other equipment, learn responsibilities across multiple workstations, and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. The role is based at Printful’s modern fulfillment facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, and is expected to end on or before January 8, 2027, though the date may change based on business needs. The job fair offers several schedules: Shift 1A is Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a $0.50 hourly shift differential; Shift 1B is Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a $1.50 hourly shift differential; second shift is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with a $0.50 hourly shift differential; and fourth shift is Friday and Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and Sunday, 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with a $3.00 hourly shift differential. The fourth shift has not yet launched, so training will take place on second shift beforehand. The listed base pay is $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Work with teammates to move items efficiently through the production process and meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Operate production equipment, including printers.
Learn the responsibilities of different workstations, including Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers, and Jewelry.
Perform quality-control checks on finished products to confirm accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Support printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs.
