About The Position

Printful is hiring seasonal Fulfillment Associates to support printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs while helping deliver a quality customer experience. Associates work with teammates to move items through production, operate printing and other equipment, learn different workstations, and inspect finished products for accuracy and quality. The role is based at a modern fulfillment facility in Coppell, Texas, and is expected to end on or before January 8, 2027; the end date may change due to business needs. The job fair lists four shift options, each paying $15.00 per hour plus a shift differential: Shift 1A, Sunday through Wednesday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a $0.50 differential; Shift 1B, Thursday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a $1.50 differential; second shift, Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., with a $0.50 differential; and fourth shift, Friday and Saturday, 5:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., and Sunday, 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., with a $3.00 differential. Fourth-shift training will take place on second shift before the fourth shift is rolled out.

Responsibilities

Work closely with teammates to move items efficiently through production and meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Operate equipment, including printers, to produce high-quality products.
Learn and work across stations such as Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers, and Jewelry.
Perform quality-control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
