About The Position

Printful is hiring seasonal Fulfillment Associates to support printing, shipping, packing, and other fulfillment needs in a production team. Associates help manage the customer experience by moving products through production efficiently, operating production equipment, learning responsibilities across multiple workstations, and checking finished products for quality. The position is based at a modern fulfillment facility in Coppell, Texas, and is expected to end on or before January 8, 2027; the end date may change based on business needs. The job posting lists several shift options: Sunday–Wednesday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m.; and Friday and Saturday, 5:30 p.m.–5:00 a.m., plus Sunday, 4:30 p.m.–5:00 a.m. The fourth shift has not yet launched, and training for it will take place on the second shift. The stated base pay is $15.00 per hour, with shift differentials that vary by shift.

Responsibilities

Work with teammates to move items efficiently through production while meeting customer expectations and deadlines.
Operate production equipment, including printers.
Learn responsibilities at different workstations, including Posters and Print, Mugs, Canvas, Stickers, and Jewelry.
Perform quality-control checks on finished products to ensure items are correct and meet company standards.
