This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for picking, staging, inspecting, and fulfilling customer orders accurately and on time. You will ensure staging areas are clean, organized, and safe. A key part of the role involves delivering excellent customer service by selecting high-quality items, validating orders, answering questions, and directing customers to the appropriate associates when necessary. You will also operate and maintain certification for powered equipment such as Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, adhering to all safety requirements. Supporting inventory accuracy through the use of the Orders App, maintaining SIMS compliance, and collaborating with leadership to resolve short picks are also essential duties. Additionally, you will complete administrative, maintenance, and readiness tasks, including audits, order follow-ups, and locker management, while promptly reporting any safety or theft concerns. Achieving daily responsibilities with a customer-first mindset, strong communication, and teamwork skills is expected. Other duties may be assigned to support business needs.
