About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate ensures customer orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and on time. The role covers inventory management, order picking, quality inspection, packaging, shipping, returns processing, documentation, and assistance with customer inquiries about shipping and order status. The position is in person in Warrendale, Pennsylvania, and requires the ability to commute to Warrendale, PA 15086.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with inventory software and systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods throughout the day.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and provide customer service.
• Ability to commute to Warrendale, PA 15086.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
• Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
• Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Restock inventory and assist with inventory audits.
• Label and ship packages, ensuring the correct carrier service is used.
• Process returns by inspecting returned items and restocking them as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and orders processed.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to shipping and order status.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
