2nd Shift D2C Lead Fulfillment Associate

This role reports to the Area Manager, with the Area Manager, Fulfillment Operations as the backup.
Requirements
- Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends based on business needs and consistently arrive for work on time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction.
- Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift.
- Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently.
- Willingness to get your hands dirty to get a task completed.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities.
- Must be 18 or older.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities
- Accepting new inventory and managing the process of putting it away and accepting it into the system.
- Communicating arrivals and any exceptions received.
- Delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately.
- Ensuring the quality of each and every shipment and packing items correctly.
- Handling, storing, and distributing products in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality.
- Following all standard operating procedures.
- Reporting any concerns related to product condition or integrity.
- Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping.
- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness.
- Assisting in other areas as needed to ensure operations are running efficiently.
