Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, Pasadena Plaza on Lake Avenue
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help deliver a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering curbside orders with care. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day, while working collaboratively and contributing to customer satisfaction and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, and retrieve customer orders from back-of-house storage.
- Deliver orders curbside and monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders are ready on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, help customers find what they need, and thank them for their purchases.
- Complete orders, organize the stockroom, and prepare the team for the next day.
- Collaborate with teammates and contribute to sales goals and store results.
