About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick, pack, and retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, deliver orders curbside, and monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time. You also help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently and assist customers by greeting them, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care.

The role combines operational work with customer service and sales. Daily activities may include receiving and tagging merchandise, organizing the stockroom, recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues help customers, share Loyalty program benefits, work toward sales goals, complete orders, and prepare the store for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Responsibilities
