About The Position

As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure a smooth customer experience. Work includes receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, and retrieving orders from back-of-house storage; delivering orders curbside; and monitoring alerts so Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are completed on time. You help keep the stockroom and sales floor operating efficiently while greeting customers, resolving issues, and providing careful service during curbside deliveries. They also share Loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and help prepare the team for the next day. Macy’s emphasizes teamwork, hospitality, continuous improvement, and achieving individual and store results.
