Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, West Covina
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, retrieving, and delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor efficient. The role also involves greeting customers, resolving issues, and delivering orders with care. Colleagues help prepare the store by reviewing goals and promotions, receiving and tagging merchandise, and organizing the stockroom. They assist customers, fulfill orders, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, complete orders, organize the stockroom, and work collaboratively to support customers and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and deliver customer orders, including curbside delivery.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders on time.
- Maintain an efficient, shoppable sales floor by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help customers complete their purchases.
- Review goals, learn about products and promotions, and help prepare the store for the day.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support customers, communities, and store results.
