The Fulfillment Admin Lead assists in maintaining accurate documentation, staging, and coordination of finished goods within the Fulfillment Department. The role ensures proper VO/WMS entries, shipment documentation, returns processing, and communication with warehouse, production, and receiving teams. This position supports the Fulfillment Manager by overseeing administrative workflow, maintaining audit ready records, and ensuring smooth operational flow between facilities. General duties include maintaining regular attendance, following all safety guidelines, assisting Fulfillment operations when requested by the Fulfillment Manager, and performing other duties as assigned. This position also supports the administration and assessment of inventory data.
