About The Position

This program is for students pursuing a business degree with a focus in Finance, Management, Economics, Analytics, Operations Management, or Artificial Intelligence. The role involves preparing monthly executive reports on the Americas Downstream sector, conducting research on Downstream topics, designing and implementing automated tools for performance analysis, and developing an Affiliate Governance Handbook.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and have completed at least your sophomore year.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and findings.

  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot or other AI-driven automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly executive reports on the Americas Downstream sector, including refining, chemicals, base oils, and fuels marketing. Reports will summarize key industry developments, market intelligence, consultant insights, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct research and develop industry overview papers on Downstream topics such as base oils, wholesale fuels markets, and other emerging business areas.
  • Design and implement automated tools and dashboards to support quarterly performance analysis and reporting for Downstream Affiliates.
  • Develop and maintain an Affiliate Governance Handbook that documents board structures, committee responsibilities, and management authorities.
