About The Position

Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Project Management Intern to join our team for the summer of 2027. The Program Management Intern works as part of a Program Management team, under the direction and guidance of a Senior Program Administrator or Program Manager.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related field
Minimum of 60 credit hours (must be a junior or senior standing or in a Master’s Program)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Excellent writing, presentation and speaking communication techniques are necessary
U. S. citizenship is required
Position requires the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Security Clearance, if needed.
Candidates selected may be subject to a U. S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Nice To Haves

Program, project or US Government contract management experience is beneficial
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinating estimates, scope of work, schedules, terms and conditions and prices for various customer requests for proposals
Coordinating and administering account after award of contract to ensure budgets are met, payments are received, and contracts are closed
Coordinating communications with customers and other parties in a timely manner to ensure all contractual, customer and company needs are met
