Fuel Supervisor
About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the air carrier fueling function. The Fuel Supervisor will issue instructions, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and recommend manpower requirements. They will also maintain harmony among workers, resolve grievances, and perform or assist subordinates in their duties. Additionally, the supervisor will ensure disciplinary procedures are conducted fairly and consistently, uphold the company's commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity, and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Compliance with attendance and tardiness standards is also required.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- 1-year certificate from a college or technical school
- 6 months to 1-year job-related experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Possess/maintain a valid Driver’s License and other FAA required identification/seals or authorizations
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must pass pre-employment drug and color blindness test
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Work is done indoors and outdoors
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions with exposure to loud noises
- Able to continuously lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs.
