Fuel Associate
About The Position
As a Fuel Associate (FA), you’ll create a friendly, efficient, and safe experience for customers at the fuel court. The role supports Wawa’s brand standard of putting people first, doing the right thing, and making every day a little brighter. Associates greet and assist customers at fuel pumps, process payments, maintain a clean environment, monitor pumps, and follow safety procedures. The hourly range is $17.25–$21.25, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. Wawa provides reasonable accommodation during the application process upon request. Requirements
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them at the fuel pumps.
- Process cash and credit payments accurately while keeping cash levels in check.
- Sweep, power wash, and tidy the fuel court to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
- Monitor fuel pumps and replace receipt paper.
- Follow safety procedures to protect customers and team members.
