About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and create a positive experience for customers. You are often a first point of contact, handling transactions and answering questions in an efficient and friendly manner. You keep the station clean, stocked, and ready throughout the day by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role combines customer interactions, deliveries, and daily upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Process purchases accurately using cash registers and payment systems.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment-check, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Clean and maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Follow company policies, audits, sanitation requirements, dress standards, and daily station procedures.
