About The Position

As a Fuel Station Attendant, you help keep the station running smoothly and provide customers with a positive experience. You serve as a point of contact for customers fueling up or making quick purchases, process transactions, and answer questions in a friendly and efficient manner. You also keep the station clean, stocked, and in working order by completing safety checks, restocking supplies, and maintaining indoor and outdoor areas. The role involves customer service, deliveries, daily upkeep, and varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers and payment systems.
• Basic math skills for transactions and cash handling.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.
• Comfort standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 35 lbs., and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist customers and answer questions in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Keep the station clean, stocked, and ready for customers.
• Complete safety checks and follow fuel-handling, equipment, and site-safety procedures.
• Restock merchandise and supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor areas, including restrooms and fueling spaces.
• Follow company policies, audits, sanitation standards, dress standards, and daily station procedures.
• Manage changing customer flow and varied tasks throughout the day.
