About The Position

Colville Transport is seeking a safety-focused, customer-oriented Fuel Hostler / Class A CDL Driver to make local bulk fuel deliveries throughout the greater Fairbanks area. This is an in-town driving position — you’ll be home daily while playing a critical role in safely delivering fuel products to our customers. If you take pride in safe operations, attention to detail, and deliver excellent service, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience operating CDL-required vehicles
Valid Class A CDL
Tanker and Hazardous Materials Endorsements Required
No intrastate-only, automatic transmission, or air brake restrictions
Current Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Meets all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) driver qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and fitness-for-duty exam
Eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Safely transport bulk fuel products to and from customer tanks and refinery locations
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Assist with weekly inspections of facilities and equipment
Perform minor vehicle maintenance as needed
Respond promptly and appropriately to spilling incidents
Complete required documentation and deliver paperwork accurately
Support other operational tasks as assigned
