About The Position

Technica LLC is seeking a Fuel Distribution Supervisor for a government contract at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The supervisor oversees fuel distribution operations across WSMR Main Post and multiple remote range delivery points, with full supervisory responsibility for the fuel delivery and dispensing crew. The role plans schedules, delivery sequences, staffing, routes, and equipment assignments to meet customer fuel requirements and range access windows across WSMR’s 2.2-million-acre operating area. It also manages operational changes resulting from range test schedules, road closures, live-fire restrictions, and other unanticipated mission requirements. The supervisor oversees fuel quality, safety, regulatory compliance, service requests, and operational records. Responsibilities include managing fuel service requests through the Government-provided FUELS SharePoint system; ensuring accurate daily reporting of labor, mileage, and fuel issued; and preparing overtime requests and quarterly overtime estimates. The role coordinates maintenance and supply needs, supervises and develops Fuel Distribution System Operators (FDSOs), reviews timesheets, conducts interviews, and makes hiring recommendations. The supervisor keeps Technica program management informed of operational status, performance concerns, and schedule conflicts, and ensures required reports and other deliverables are completed on time.
