About The Position

The Fuel Desk Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling the daily operational tasks for the Fuel Desk Department, maintaining client relationships, and providing ongoing education and customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proficiency in MS Excel and related computer knowledge
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Strong Customer Service skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of fuel clients focusing on fuel card usage and growth
- Provide industry leading customer support and troubleshooting
- Develop client relationship to educate and inform customers of how to optimize the value of the OTR fuel program
- Work with different departments to improve features and processes
- Become an expert at servicing customers using our partnership platforms
- Maintain current knowledge on Fuel Desk program and strategies
