About The Position

Fuel It Refuelling LLC. is seeking a responsible, safety-focused Fuel Delivery Driver to operate company fuel trucks and make wheel-to-wheel deliveries of gasoline and diesel to commercial clients. The position offers stable hours and year-round work in a growing fuel logistics company. Drivers use mobile dispatch and log systems, follow planned routes, and interact with clients at delivery sites. The role is based in Buffalo, New York, and is full-time and permanent. The night shift runs seven days a week from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Before beginning employment, candidates must provide a current driving abstract. Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage, overtime, and performance bonuses.

Requirements

At least 1 year of commercial driving experience.
Must be 25 years or older for insurance compliance.
Clean driving record (MVR) and background check.
Ability to lift and maneuver fuel hoses and handle the physical demands of the job.
Basic smartphone and technology skills for using dispatch and log systems.
Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism.
Provide a current driving abstract before beginning employment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate fuel trucks to deliver gasoline and diesel to commercial clients.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is road-ready and safe.
Load and unload fuel according to company safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
Complete delivery logs, fuel meters, and client sign-offs accurately using mobile dispatch tools.
Follow route plans and communicate with dispatch about traffic, delays, or site issues.
Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and on-site interactions.
Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
Promptly report vehicle or equipment issues to supervisors.
