Requirements

• 3-5+ years in a professional environment (fuel, logistics, energy, or transportation experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to learn internal systems quickly
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary liaison for fleet and dealer fuel accounts, addressing inquiries with speed and accuracy
• Facilitate new client onboarding, ensuring seamless account setup and documentation
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support
• Monitor invoicing process, record customer payments, and analyze accounts receivable and accounts payable aging schedules for customer collections and vendor payments
• Partner with accounting to verify billing accuracy and resolve exceptions or escalations
• Analyze transaction trends and support operational reporting using Excel and internal systems
• Produce weekly and monthly reports to support internal decision-making and client needs
• Track key performance metrics across client accounts and operational workflows
• Maintain accurate and organized digital records for compliance and audit readiness
• Collaborate with logistics, compliance, and finance teams to streamline processes
• Support invoice approvals, vendor payment coordination, and related administrative tasks
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in operational procedures and systems usage
