About The Position

This is a part-time, as-needed position to support holiday coverage and peak seasonal demands, particularly during seeding and harvest. Availability for weekends and shift work is required as needed. The ideal candidate will embody our core values of Integrity, Community, and Teamwork. Our Team provides a range of products and services to support our member-owners. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of driving experience
Possession of a valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License (Class 1 preferred)
Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
Clean Driver’s Abstract
Availability required during seeding and harvest seasons, including weekends and shift work and holiday coverage.

Nice To Haves

Experience with liquid hauling is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Adhering to and promoting Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program
Performing general fuel deliveries in a safe and timely manner
Dispensing fuel in accordance with safety and operational standards
Assisting with preload planning to ensure efficient delivery routes
Fertilizer/Seed Delivery
Conducting light truck maintenance as needed
Lifting and handling materials up to 50 lbs.
Supporting other projects and assignments as required to support team success
