About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate FT LPN Overnight Shift to join their dedicated nursing team. This role is responsible for the overall nursing care and services to residents during their shift, including accurate medication administration, treatments, documentation, and responding to emergencies. The community is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a 26-acre campus, offering an all-inclusive lifestyle and superior hospitality.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Oklahoma license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
  • Passionate about serving Seniors.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work as a cohesive team member.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with ability to balance resident care in a person-centered approach.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Safety focus to ensure safe environment for residents and guests.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises/performs direct care of residents as outlined in each resident’s service/care plan.
  • Supervises the work of the Assisted Living personnel assigned to her/his shift.
  • Administers direct care to residents as needed.
  • Makes daily rounds to residents.
  • Keeps Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
  • Gives and receives accurate shift reports.
  • Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
  • Keeps physicians and families informed of each resident’s condition as requested.
  • Assists with the development of the resident’s personal service/care plan.
  • Responds promptly to all “Call for Aid” requests.
  • Supervises medication administration (includes preparation, administration, and charting) and compliance with goal of 100% accuracy.
  • Completes all assigned tasks and items listed on shift checklist.
  • Adheres to Hospitality Promises.
