About The Position

Green Country Village Senior Living is seeking a compassionate FT LPN for the Overnight Shift to join their dedicated nursing team. This role involves providing overall nursing care and services to residents during their shift, including accurate medication administration, treatments, documentation, and handling emergency situations. The position is located in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, within a 26-acre campus offering an all-inclusive lifestyle and superior hospitality. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Oklahoma license as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Minimum of 3 years nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality with all work, conversations, documents, etc.
  • Ability to recognize and respond to emergency situations.
  • Ability to display a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude to the public, residents, and employees at all times.
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 100% of the work day.
  • Ability to assist in bathing and dressing of residents with disabilities.
  • Must be able to access and navigate full campus.
  • Ability to independently push a wheelchair with a resident weighing up to 200 pounds.
  • Ability to independently lift, balance, and carry up to 30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Senior Living preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervises and performs direct care of residents as outlined in each resident’s service/care plan.
  • Supervises the work of the Assisted Living personnel assigned to her/his shift.
  • Administers direct care to residents as needed.
  • Makes daily rounds to residents.
  • Keeps Assisted Living Director informed of the status of each resident.
  • Gives and receives accurate shift reports.
  • Records accurate and timely resident progress notes, condition change notes, and other documentation as required and/or assigned.
  • Keeps physicians and families informed of each resident’s condition as requested.
  • Assists with the development of the resident’s personal service/care plan.
  • Responds promptly to all “Call for Aid” requests.
  • Supervises medication administration (includes preparation, administration, and charting) and compliance with goal of 100% accuracy.
  • Completes all assigned tasks and items listed on shift checklist.
  • Adheres to Hospitality Promises, which include greeting warmly, treating with respect, anticipating needs, responding enthusiastically, holding accountable, embracing differences, making others feel important, asking "Is there anything else I can do for you?", maintaining professionalism, and paying attention to details.
