The last day to submit an application for this position is March 24, 2026, by 11:59pm MST. FSY Program Assistant (Temporary) Note: This is a part-time position (28) hours per week. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive assistant to support the operations of the For the Strength of Youth (FSY) programs. The FSY Logistics Specialist will play a vital operational role in support logistics operations for the For the Strength of Youth (FSY) session across the United States and Canada. The FSY Logistics Specialist will assist with distributing, transporting, and tracking materials that are distributed to participants and staff across the United States and Canada. This position will also be responsible for managing name tags for staff and overseeing the student worker managing technology, in addition to providing support for all logistics operations.

Requirements

  • A firm commitment to the mission of BYU.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and discretion with internal communications.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) as well as comfortable learning new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to handle advanced troubleshooting on iPhone or laptops

Responsibilities

  • Managing name tags for staff
  • Overseeing and assisting with technology support
  • Supporting the distribution, transporting, tracking, or other logistics as needed
  • Providing after-hours and weekend on-call support
  • Other duties as assigned
