About The Position

The FSQ Auditor supports documentation review and maintenance for USDA- and FDA-related food safety, process, and quality control programs. The role also trains to provide coverage for the FSQ Technician position. The incumbent must understand company specifications and government requirements, enforce accept/reject criteria, and follow through with corrective actions and communications related to rejections. Strong communication skills are needed to explain and interpret requirements and expectations to team members, including management. The scheduled shift is 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., at a pay rate of $22.65. All team members must abide by Burke's Plant Safety Rules.

Requirements

Basic computer proficiency.
Extremely detail-oriented with an excellent attendance record.
Extremely well organized and responsive in a fast-paced, often changing environment.
Good communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to complete duties efficiently and accurately with limited direct supervision.
At least 6 months of work history.
Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities
