Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in lab sciences such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Immunology, Biology, Molecular Biology or similar
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0-2 years’)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute preclinical in vivo pharmacology studies to support immunology drug discovery programs.
• Strong hands-on focus on running rodent pharmacology studies, including animal dosing by multiple routes, clinical observations, blood and tissue collection, necropsy support, and biological sample processing.
• Establish and execute pharmacodynamic and efficacy studies to characterize target engagement, biomarker modulation, dose response, and duration of pharmacological activity.
• Support ex vivo analysis using techniques such as multiparametric flow cytometry, cytokine measurements, and molecular biology assays to connect in vivo drug exposure with pharmacodynamic and efficacy endpoints.
• Study design, protocol preparation, coordination of study logistics, accurate data collection, statistical analysis, interpretation of results, and generation of study reports and presentations to support project decisions.
• Contribute to development and optimization of new in vivo models and pharmacodynamic assays relevant to immune-mediated diseases while ensuring compliance with IACUC procedures, SOPs, and laboratory standards.
