About The Position

EY's Financial Services Organization (FSO) Business Transformation practice assists global, super-regional, and regional financial services clients in enhancing their performance within a dynamic market. We deploy multidisciplinary teams, utilize established global methodologies, and leverage EY's extensive resources, capabilities, and knowledge to execute strategic operations, technology, product, data, compliance, and risk programs for prominent U.S. institutions. Our Corporate, Commercial and Small and Medium Enterprise (CCSB) Banking practice is central to EY's wholesale and commercial credit transformation efforts. We guide banks in modernizing their credit and lending processes across the entire lifecycle, redesigning operating models, and integrating AI and automation. Our engagements vary from short, focused initiatives to extensive, multi-year transformation programs. Key areas of expertise include credit and lending transformation, target operating model design, process re-engineering, lending operations, core platform modernization, data and technology enablement, AI-driven operating models, and modernization of cash management, transaction banking, treasury, and payments. AI is increasingly influencing our work and our clients' objectives, and we are committed to developing business cases, strategic viewpoints, and value frameworks to help clients leverage AI for increased capacity, while also integrating modern AI tools into our own operations.
