Recognized as an authority in your area of specialization, the Senior Advanced Security Specialist will participate in the administration and coordination of one or more security programs/activities to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. This will include identifying program issues and implementing corrective actions, conducting security briefings, maintaining security education programs and planning for new security programs, including proposal preparation. Additionally, we will rely on you to provide leadership to a team, including their training and development as well as partner with various government agencies to ensure corporation is compliant with directives and regulations and obtains rulings, interpretations and deviations, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at time of hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration of Justice, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement or related field or the equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
  • Tactical understanding of security principles in specialized field.
  • Exceptional knowledge of all security policies and procedures and ability to interpret security requirements and apply them consistently across diverse situations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in specialized area of expertise to include Department of Defense (DOD), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Programs (SAP) (PSD).
