About The Position

This role involves managing IT security and protection for the company's network, working closely with security consultants on incident management, and maintaining CMMC standards. The FSO will be the primary point of contact with DCSA, conduct security education programs, perform internal audits, and investigate security incidents. Responsibilities also include monitoring surveillance systems and managing access control systems.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of networking systems and vulnerabilities.
• Working knowledge of a Windows Domain System and MS 365 Cloud Services.
• Knowledge of DoD industrial security requirements and CUI standards.
• Experience working with DCSA and government customers.
• Strong organizational, communication, and compliance skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Willing and able to be designated our FSO, Facility Security Officer within the DCSA system.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT security and protection for the network as part of the IT Team.
• Work with security consultants to manage incidents and resolve security issues.
• Serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) within the DCSA system.
• Maintain accurate security records and CMMC standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact with DCSA.
• Conduct security education, training, and awareness programs for employees.
• Perform self-inspections, internal audits, and prepare for government security reviews.
• Investigate and report security incidents, violations, and insider threat concerns.
• Monitor surveillance systems and manage access control systems.
