Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build rapport with diverse populations
A positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to participant success

Responsibilities

Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed
Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans
Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources
Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities
Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way
