About The Position
This position is responsible for transporting, loading, unloading, and moving materials in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- New hires can bid after their first 90 days.
- Team members must have fewer than 5 attendance points.
- Team members with any suspension or written warnings on record within the last 12 months are not eligible to bid.
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Transport, load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility to support production and operational needs.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following all company safety procedures.
- Ensure materials are delivered to designated areas accurately and on schedule.
- Inspect materials and equipment for damage, defects, or safety concerns and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times.
- Follow inventory control procedures and assist with stock rotation and material organization.
- Support production and warehouse operations by coordinating material flow as needed.
- Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workflow, delays, or operational concerns.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
