About The Position

This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment within the Case Ready Pork Plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Team Members are expected to maintain equipment performance, support production standards, follow food safety requirements, and comply with all Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

6 points or less with no suspensions in last 12 months will be considered.
New hires must complete their initial 90-day probationary period.
The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain assigned production equipment to support daily production needs.
Ensure equipment and work areas are performing to established production, quality, and food safety standards.
Identify, report, and assist in resolving equipment, process, or product issues.
Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Complete required production and operational documentation accurately and timely.
Communicate equipment malfunctions, production concerns, and safety issues to leadership.
Work effectively with team members and leadership to support continuous plant operations.
Comply with all Tyson policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
